The work begins with an initial phase of four weekly sessions of 75 minutes. This stage allows us to gain a deeper understanding of what brings you to therapy, the current relational dynamic, and the patterns that get activated in the relationship, as well as the strengths that still hold the bond together.

From there, we review together the frequency and duration of sessions, which usually continue with 60-minute meetings, adapted to the needs of the process.

I work from a structured and committed perspective. Consistency is key to creating real, lasting change.
