How does counselling work?
The process begins with an initial phase of ongoing work, weekly or biweekly, which allows us to understand your current situation and the patterns shaping it. Sessions are 60 minutes long and focused on building lasting change. Frequency and duration are reviewed together based on your needs and goals.
